The Resonance Advantage

A live gathering on resonance, emotional intelligence, and human-centered presence - with Gary Malkin.

October 16–18 · $2,000+ (final pricing TBD)

Ripples spreading outward across still water at dusk.

Three days

What happens in the room

Day one
What resonance actually is, demonstrated rather than argued. The room is brought into the same register several times over the day so that everyone has felt the thing before anyone explains it.
Day two
The working sessions. How to open a meeting, a difficult conversation, or a room of four hundred people - and what changes downstream when you do.
Day three
Taking it home. Each person leaves with one practice they can run on Monday without needing Gary, a piano, or permission from anyone.
Who it is for
People responsible for how a room feels: founders, clinicians, facilitators, chaplains, chief people officers, and anyone who has to hold a group through something hard.
Draft agenda - venue, schedule & capacity pending
Figures gathered around low warm lights in a dim room.

Held small on purpose

Resonance does not scale the way a keynote does. The room has to be small enough that everybody in it can be accounted for, and that puts a ceiling on how many people can come.

Venue, pricing & terms pending approval

Until the venue, final price, capacity, and payment route are approved, registration stays on the waitlist.

Before you decide

Questions people actually ask

Is this a concert or a conference?

Neither, quite. There is live music in it, but you are not an audience - you are part of what is being made. Expect to participate more than you would at a conference and less than you would at a retreat.

Do I need a musical background?

No. Nobody is asked to perform, sing, or read music at any point.

Why isn't registration open?

The venue, the final price, the capacity and the payment route are not settled. Rather than take money against a plan that could still move, the waitlist gets you the details first and the first chance to say yes.

What will it cost?

$2,000 or more per person is the current working figure. It has not been confirmed, and we will not ask anyone to commit until it is.
