What organisers ask
Does Gary always play?
Almost always. The music is not a garnish on the talk; it is how the point gets made. Where a piano is genuinely impossible, we plan around it in advance.
How long is a typical keynote?
Forty-five to sixty minutes is the usual shape, with longer workshop and half-day formats available. Anything shorter than thirty minutes is worth a conversation first.
What do you need from our venue?
A tuned grand or upright where possible, a decent house PA, and a sound check that is not squeezed into the fifteen minutes before doors. We send a full technical rider once dates are held.
Can you tailor it to our organisation?
Yes, and it works considerably better when we do. Expect a conversation with organisers beforehand, and in some cases a piece written for the occasion.
