And alongside them

Resonance immersions
A day or several, in a room small enough that nobody can hide in it. Music, guided attention, and the practical business of learning to set the register of a room on purpose.
Retreats
Longer, quieter, and further from a phone signal. For people whose work involves carrying other people, and who have not put anything down in some time.
Private work
A small number of one-to-one engagements each year, usually with founders, clinicians and practitioners at a genuine hinge point.
Workshops for teams
Half-day and full-day formats for leadership groups who need to be able to do this without Gary in the room afterwards.

Before you join

Reasonable questions

Do I need to be musical?

No. Nobody performs, sings, or reads music. The music is Gary's job; yours is to be in the room.

Is this therapy?

No, and it is not a substitute for it. This is practice and craft for people who are broadly well and want to be more present than they currently manage.

What if I have done a lot of this kind of work already?

Then you will recognise the territory and probably still be surprised by the method. Several long-time practitioners come back annually, which is the honest answer to this question.

When do things open?

Dates are set a season at a time and the rooms are small. The waitlist is how most people hear first.
