What families ask first
Is it too late if the person has already died?
No. A great deal of this work is made afterwards, from recordings, letters, photographs and the memories of the people who knew them.
How long does a commission take?
It depends entirely on what is being made and how much time there is. When there is very little time, say so in your first message and we will tell you honestly what is possible.
What does it cost?
Commissions vary widely, and the Kit is priced separately. Nobody is asked for a figure before we understand what they are actually trying to make.
